Role Description
- Contract Research:
- Identify and summarize federal and state contract opportunities that align with our organization's ventures.
- Activity Tracking:
- Maintain and update spreadsheets to monitor progress across various initiatives and generate weekly reports to ensure consistent tracking.
- AI Market Analysis:
- Conduct research on current trends in artificial intelligence, focusing on new tools, use cases, and industry adoption.
- Certification Preparation:
- Assist in evaluating different AI certification paths and support internal learning efforts for team members.
- Business Development:
- Participate in outreach activities, draft proposals, and contribute to strategic planning initiatives.
- Presentation Support:
- Collaborate with senior staff to design and refine pitch decks and internal presentations.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills to assess market trends, gather data, and derive actionable insights
- Excellent Communication skills to effectively collaborate with teams and engage with prospective clients
- Customer Service and Sales skills to support client interactions and business development activities
- Basic Finance knowledge to assist in research and business strategy planning
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a remote setting
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a relevant degree in business, economics, marketing, or related disciplines
- Interest in AI, technology, and business strategy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with CRM tools is a plus
