Join our dynamic Talent Acquisition team and help shape our future talent by driving high-quality recruitment processes and employer branding initiatives. In your future role as Sr. Talent Acquisition Partner, you will

  • Provide a white-glove experience to business leaders by offering high-touch, tailored support throughout the full recruitment lifecycle, including proactive talent insights, carefully curated shortlists, thorough interview preparation and debriefs, and discreet, timely communication that reflects the seniority and strategic importance of each role.
  • Drive and own a high-quality recruitment process and collaborate with hiring managers across the organization.
  • Optimize and develop the various steps in the recruitment process to suit the local market.
  • Build a network of qualified candidates by proactively attracting the right talent through various recruitment channels, including social media and industry networks.
  • Contribute to optimizing and improving the candidate experience.
  • Develop and deliver training workshops for managers to help them excel at recruiting.
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute employer branding activities in the region.
  • Contribute to global projects within Talent Acquisition.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead full-cycle recruitment across all departments — sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding handoff
  • Partner with business leaders, up to c-suite stakeholders, to develop and execute hiring plans and strategy, providing tactical and strategic support throughout the process
  • Build and maintain a robust, diverse talent pipeline through proactive sourcing, networking, and employer branding initiatives
  • Own the candidate experience from first touchpoint to day one, with a relentless focus on responsiveness, transparency, and care
  • Provide regular updates, data, and insights to stakeholders, including search progress, market feedback, and recommendations

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) and 10 years of experience, with a minimum of 6 years in full-cycle recruiting, preferably executive search and within the specialty chemical industry
  • Experience recruiting for senior level, hard-to-fill, and niche roles (e.g., technical, R&D, commercial leadership, or specialized functions)
  • Proven executive search / headhunting experience and strong direct sourcing skills
  • Experience working in both in-house and agency/search firm environments
  • Proven ability to manage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization, including executives, hiring managers, and cross-functional partners
  • Proven track record hiring across multiple functions (technical, commercial, operational)
  • Deep expertise in sourcing strategies — LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, referral programs, community building
  • Experience partnering directly with senior leaders and hiring managers on complex searches
  • Proficiency with ATS platforms (Success Factors, Greenhouse, Workday, or equivalent)
  • Strong analytical mindset; comfortable building and presenting recruiting dashboards
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Background in a regional or international matrixed organization, partnering across multiple countries/regions preferred but not required
  • Exposure to employer branding, talent marketing, or recruitment marketing campaigns
  • Experience in a high-growth or scaling environment and quick paced environment, preferred but not required
