New Vehicle Sales Manager

Nourse Chillicothe Automall is seeking a qualified New Vehicle Sales Manager with a proven track record and the drive to be a leader in the market. We are looking for a take-charge individual who knows how to structure primary and secondary deals, bring new ideas to the table, and can build a team of trained professionals who produce results. We are looking for strong closers, who are willing to engage with customers early in the sales process with the goal of achieving 100% customer satisfaction. In this role, it is important not only to engage and build relationships with customers, but to build a strong working relationship with our Business Development Center. The BDC is our largest, most effective prospecting tool and should be utilized to its fullest potential by the Sales Manager. This process-driven structure has allowed us to achieve high manufacturer's CSI scores, which the right candidate will strive to maintain.

Responsibilities:

• Drive Sales for your showroom
• Coordinate with both Product Specialists and BDC representatives on daily leads, Plan B prospects, and customer follow-ups
• Training Product Specialists using proven sales processes
• Work with Specialists to complete OEM training in a timely manner
• Ensuring the sales staff success by actively monitoring individual daily activities and processes
• Monitoring and adjusting inventory to optimize customer choices

Requirements:

• 2 years’ experience as a sales manager in a dealership setting
• Valid Driver's License and insurable driving record
• Relationships and experience with primary and secondary finance sources
• Proven track record exceeding sales goals
• Dealertrack, VinSolutions, vAuto, and Rapid Recon Software knowledge beneficial
• Outstanding communication skills
• Professional appearance, work ethic, and excellent managerial skills
• Ability to recruit, train, develop, and retain a high-performance sales team
• Strong sense of accountability
• Stable work history
