Overtime over Eight Hours.
Oversee and direct hospitality staff to insure tasks/duties are being completed and meeting established performance standards. Prepare food in accordance with current applicable federal, state and local guidelines and regulations. Assure that quality food service is provided at all times, in compliance with our established policies and procedures, as directed by the Hospitality Services Manager of Heather Court and the Retirement Center.
