The Staffing Supervisor Coordinator manages recruitment coordination, onboarding support, complex scheduling, and escalation of staffing issues. Requirements
Required
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2–3 years of staffing, scheduling, or coordination experience in home care, healthcare, or a related setting
- Strong leadership, organizational, and multitasking abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with scheduling software, EVV systems, and Microsoft Office
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Preferred / Advanced Qualifications
- Clinical background with understanding of patient acuity, care plans, and scope of practice
- Experience in private duty home care or home health services
- Knowledge of Massachusetts home care and nursing regulations
- Bilingual (English/Spanish or other languages)
- Experience with supervisory, on-call, or after-hours staffing coordination
