Toddler / Preschool Co-Teacher
Position Overview:
We are seeking a caring and dependable Preschool/Toddler Co-Teacher to support co-teachers in providing a positive and enriching classroom experience. The ideal candidate enjoys working with young children, communicates well with others, and contributes to a warm, team-oriented environment. This is a Full time Position the hours are 8:30am to 5:30pm.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in implementing age-appropriate curriculum and activities
- Support children’s social, emotional, and developmental growth
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom
- Supervise children during indoor and outdoor play
- Collaborate with the lead teacher on lesson planning and daily routines
- Communicate effectively with staff and families
- Help with daily tasks such as meals, diapering, and nap time
Qualifications:
- Experience working with toddlers and preschool-aged children preferred
- 12 ECE units including Infant/Toddler units required
- Mandated reporter training
- Up-to date immunizations
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Patient, reliable, and nurturing personality
- CPR/First Aid certification
- Ability to pass background check and meet licensing requirements
Compensation & Benefits:
