- Master Operations: Manage everything from high-volume holiday schedules to inventory levels and P&L targets.
- Make Genuine Connections: Serve as a brand ambassador, engaging with local businesses, schools, and organizations to "Bring the Joy" to the community.
- Ensure Excellence: Uphold the highest standards of quality and presentation for our signature cakes.
- Family-Friendly Hours: No late nights or early mornings—we close at 6:30 PM most days.
