Job Description:
As a Baker’s Assistant, you will support the baking team by preparing ingredients, assisting with baking, and ensuring the kitchen runs smoothly. This is a great opportunity for someone who loves working in a fun, fast-paced environment and wants to learn more about baking.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in baking cakes by preparing ingredients and following recipes
- Help maintain a clean and organized kitchen workspace
- Set up baking equipment and supplies
- Ensure all products meet Nothing Bundt Cakes' quality standards
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Assist with packaging and labeling cakes for customers
- Support the baking team with various tasks as needed
Requirements:
- No prior baking experience required—we’ll provide training
- Ability to follow instructions and pay attention to details
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Ability to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Enthusiastic and ready to contribute to a positive team environment
