About Noteable Noteable is a behavioral health electronic health record designed to help providers work more efficiently, reduce administrative burden, and deliver better-supported care.
We serve behavioral health organizations across the country, including community-based programs, outpatient practices, mobile service providers, substance use treatment programs, ABA organizations, and multidisciplinary agencies.
Our sales approach is consultative and provider-centered. We take the time to understand how each organization operates, determine whether Noteable is the right fit, and demonstrate how the platform can improve clinical, administrative, operational, and billing workflows.
The Opportunity Noteable is looking for a Community Behavioral Health Solutions Consultant to serve as a trusted, provider-facing representative for our community mental health and behavioral health markets.
This person will work with organizations providing services such as:
- Outpatient mental health
- Community-based behavioral health
- Mobile crisis response
- Intensive in-home services
- Substance use treatment
- Developmental disability services
- Case management
- Multidisciplinary behavioral health services
This is not a traditional high-pressure software sales role. Success requires the ability to understand provider needs, ask thoughtful questions, evaluate fit, clearly explain complex workflows, and guide organizations through a considered purchasing decision.
Previous SaaS sales experience is not required. Behavioral health industry experience is strongly preferred.
What You Will Do Own the full sales process for community mental health and behavioral health organizations that do not primarily provide ABA services, including:
- Responding promptly to inbound prospects
- Conducting qualification and discovery calls
- Understanding clinical, administrative, compliance, billing, and operational needs
- Delivering personalized product demonstrations
- Connecting Noteable’s capabilities to each organization’s workflows and priorities
- Explaining pricing, billing, implementation, and service options
- Managing follow-up, stakeholder communication, and next steps
- Preparing and coordinating agreements and supporting enrollment
- Maintaining accurate opportunity and pipeline information in HubSpot
- Forecasting expected revenue, close dates, and opportunity outcomes
- Coordinating with internal subject-matter experts on complex opportunities
- Completing organized handoffs to Partner Success after enrollment
- Representing Noteable at selected industry conferences and events
- Sharing prospect feedback, competitive insights, and market observations with internal teams
- Contributing to the continued improvement of Noteable’s sales process, messaging, and resources
The role operates nationally, with an initial strategic emphasis on Northern Virginia, Maryland, and Washington, DC.
The primary focus is new business. Renewals, expansion, onboarding, and ongoing partner management are owned by Partner Success.

What We Are Looking For
Required
- At least two years of relevant professional experience
- Experience working within behavioral health, healthcare, social services, or a closely related field
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong relationship-building skills
- High emotional intelligence

- Sound professional judgment
- Clear, consistent follow-through
- The ability to manage multiple active opportunities and competing priorities
- Comfort learning behavioral health technology, workflows, and terminology
- Comfort presenting and communicating with agency owners, executives, clinicians, administrators, and billing professionals
- Availability between 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time
- Residence within the Eastern or Central time zone, while Norther Virginia, Maryland, or D.C. is highly preferred
Highly Preferred
- Experience evaluating, selecting, implementing, supporting, or using an EHR
- Experience working for or closely with a community behavioral health organization
- Familiarity with Medicaid-funded behavioral health services
- Experience with provider-facing consultation, training, implementation, account management, or business development
- Existing relationships within behavioral health provider communities
Valuable Knowledge
Knowledge of one or more of the following areas would be especially valuable:
- Medicaid-funded behavioral health services
- Service authorizations and utilization requirements
- State-specific documentation and treatment-planning requirements
- Community-based and mobile service documentation
- Substance use treatment workflows
- Multidisciplinary and multi-program behavioral health agencies
- Billing, claims, and revenue cycle workflows
- Behavioral health compliance requirements
- Provider networks in Northern Virginia, Maryland, or Washington, DC
How You Will Work
This role requires someone who is comfortable working independently while remaining highly collaborative.
You will work closely with Noteable’s Sales, Partner Success, Billing, Product, and leadership teams. You should be comfortable asking for input when needed, sharing what you are learning from the market, and helping the team improve how we serve behavioral health organizations.
Some travel may be required for conferences, industry events, and selected in-person meetings.
