Duties

• Design and implement comprehensive harp curricula tailored to individual student needs and skill levels
• Conduct engaging individual lessons for children, teens, and adults, ensuring a positive learning experience
• Develop creative lesson plans that incorporate musical theory, technique, performance skills, and repertoire building
• Assess student progress regularly, providing constructive feedback and adjusting teaching strategies accordingly
• Collaborate with parents, guardians, or other educators to support student development and address specific learning needs

Requirements

• Proven experience in teaching harp with a strong background in curriculum development
• Demonstrated ability to work with children, teenagers, and adult learners across various skill levels
• Strong understanding of childhood development, special education needs, and inclusive teaching practices
• Ability to plan engaging lessons that incorporate musical theory, performance techniques, and creative expression
