Who You’ll Collaborate With
This position will collaborate with brand, creative, social & community, and integrated marketing.
HOW YOU’LL MAKE YOUR MARK: (key responsibilities)
- Support the execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns (influencer, PR, events)
- Assist in influencer outreach, product send outs and the organization of tracking information for seeding campaigns
- Set up, track and manage influencer campaigns on CreatorIQ platform
- Assist in building out monthly reports
- Conduct competitor and market research to inform campaign strategies
- Participate in team brainstorms and contribute creative ideas
- Provide administrative and project support as needed
- How well you complete tasks on time
- How accurate and organized your work is
- How well you support the team and communicate
- Positive feedback from coworkers or customers
- Hands-on experience with influencer marketing campaigns and PR strategy
- Exposure to cross-functional marketing workflows
- Mentorship and feedback from experienced professionals

REQUIRED SUPERPOWERS: (required skills and abilities)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of social media platforms and digital content trends
- Highly organized with attention to detail and deadlines
- Creative thinker with a proactive, can-do attitude
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace; familiarity with tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, HubSpot, or similar is a plus
- Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
- This is an office-based role with no physical requirements
- Hybrid work schedule: 2-3 days in office per week
