This Is a High-ownership, Field-first Role Where You Will
- Own and grow the Boston territory like it’s your own business
- Execute a weekly route of ~55 high-impact sales calls
- Win new placements and expand distribution across retail and on-premise
- Build relationships with buyers, distributors, and key decision-makers
- Drive velocity through merchandising, displays, demos, and activations
- Track performance, analyze data, and adjust strategy to hit targets
What Success Looks Like
- Consistently hitting (and exceeding) territory volume targets
- Expanding distribution across key accounts and chains
- Strong execution in-store (placement, pricing, visibility)
- Building a network of buyers and distributor partners who trust you
- Owning your numbers and continuously improving performance
- Base Salary: $65,000 – $80,000 Bonus(20% of base)
- Proven sales hustle (beverage experience is a plus, not required)
- Highly motivated, competitive, and self-directed
- Comfortable executing 55 account visits per week
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills
- Ability to operate independently and take full ownership of a territory
- Willingness to learn the business deeply—from distributors to retail dynamics
- Understand your market, customers, and competitors
- Learn distributor systems, workflows, and priorities
- Analyze performance and adjust strategy based on data
- Execute consistently—not just occasionally
