What You’ll Spend Your Time Doing
- Prospect and open new on-premise and off-premise accounts
- Grow sales and distribution within existing accounts
- Build strong relationships with distributor reps and managers
- Conduct ride-alongs and support distributor sales efforts
- Execute promotions, tap takeovers, samplings, and events
- Ensure strong brand presentation and merchandising in-market
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and account opportunities
- Represent Hangar 24 with professionalism, energy, and authenticity
- 3 years of craft beer, beverage, or CPG sales experience preferred
- Strong relationship-building and sales skills
- Self-motivated with a high level of ownership and follow-through
- Organized, disciplined, and execution-focused
- Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of beer styles, draft systems, and distributor networks is a plus
- Ability to regularly lift up to 40 lbs and spend extended time driving and working in-market
- Full-time, field-based role
- Regular travel throughout assigned territory required
- Evening and weekend work required for events and activations
