All areas of production and packaging, as well as general labor in the facility, including infusion, fermentation, distillation, re-distillation, bottling, lab, inventory management, maintenance and compliance. Additional duties will be assigned to accommodate changing business objectives.

Requirements
- Minimum 2-3 years of commercial distilling/brewing/winemaking, cellaring or packaging experience preferred
- Strong work ethic and self-starting attitude
- Exceptional problem solving skills
- Communicate problems and issues effectively and quickly
- Knowledge of basic math
- Basic understanding of flavor
- Mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot equipment
- Good interpersonal skills and team spirit
- Ability to operate a forklift and pallet jack
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growing company
- Work in a team environment with a courteous and ambitious attitude
- Stand, walk, climb, use hands to finger, handle or feel, reach with hands and arms, stoop, kneel, crouch, and listen
- Regularly lift and/or move more than 50 pounds
- Work in damp environments with hot liquids, airborne particles, chemicals and moving machinery
- 4 days/10 hours per day M-F with specific days TBD
- May change according to business objectives and mandatory overtime may be required
- Pay is $22 – $26 per hour DOE.
