Love filming content, spotting trends, and turning footage into Reels people actually want to watch? Norwood Social Co. is looking for a creative, detail-oriented Content Creator Video Editor to help bring our clients’ brands to life.
We’re a Nashville-based social media agency working with brands across beauty, wellness, hospitality, fashion, and more. This role includes both in-person content shoots and short-form video editing.
What you’ll do
- Attend client shoots and capture engaging content, primarily on iPhone, with occasional Sony camera footage.
- Help plan shots, offer creative direction, and make clients feel comfortable on camera.
- Edit Instagram Reels, TikToks, and paid social videos with strong hooks, pacing, captions, music, and storytelling.
- Bring fresh ideas, trends, and content concepts tailored to each client’s brand.
- Organize footage, incorporate feedback, and manage deadlines across multiple client accounts.
- Review your edits for spelling, audio quality, visual consistency, and accuracy before submitting.
What we’re looking for
- A portfolio that demonstrates strong short-form social content.
- Experience with CapCut Desktop, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar editing software.
- An understanding of what makes content feel natural and engaging on Instagram and TikTok.
- Confidence filming on-site and helping direct people during shoots.
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and the ability to adapt to different brand styles.
- Color correction and experience editing Sony or log footage are a plus.
Location & schedule
This is a Nashville-based role with four days in the office, Fridays remote, in-person client shoots, and occasional travel.
