Key Responsibilities
Brand Development & Management
- Lead the development and execution of a modern, differentiated brand identity
- Ensure consistency across all brand elements including logos, colors, typography, imagery, and messaging
- Maintain a cohesive brand presence across digital, print, dealer, and field channels
Content Creation & Creative Execution
- Develop, produce, and edit high-quality product and brand content, including video and visual assets
- Create content for website, social media, email campaigns, and digital advertising
- Translate product features into compelling, visually engaging storytelling
Digital Experience & Website Management
- Lead the strategy, development, and ongoing optimization of the company website
- Enhance user experience (UX), conversion rates, and overall digital performance
- Oversee development of product selection tools (e.g., “build & price”) and dealer-facing digital resources
Digital Marketing & Email Campaigns
- Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across social and search platforms
- Develop and manage email marketing initiatives to drive engagement and lead generation
- Analyze campaign performance and continuously improve through testing and iteration
Creative Direction & Vendor Management
- Collaborate with and manage external agencies, designers, and content partners as needed
- Ensure all creative outputs meet brand standards for quality, consistency, and timeliness
- Contribute directly to design, editing, and content production when required
Sales & Dealer Support
- Partner with sales teams to develop marketing tools that support product promotion and lead generation
- Provide dealers with effective, modern marketing assets and resources
- Execute campaigns designed to generate measurable demand and customer interest
Qualifications
- 3–7 years of experience in marketing, with a strong emphasis on content creation and digital marketing
- Proficiency in tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, video editing software, website platforms, email marketing systems, and digital ad managers
- Demonstrated ability to manage both strategic initiatives and day-to-day execution
- Strong visual and creative judgment with attention to detail
- Experience analyzing campaign performance and optimizing marketing efforts
