This position oversees a team of Marketing Strategists and Account Managers, optimizing processes to improve efficiency, drive results, and deliver exceptional client experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Team Leadership & Management
- Oversee and support Marketing Strategists and Account Managers, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance management.
- Ensure alignment between strategy, execution, and client expectations.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performing team culture.
- Client Project & Process Optimization
- Manage the workflow of marketing projects, ensuring deadlines, budgets, and client objectives are met.
- Streamline processes and implement best practices to improve operational efficiency.
- Monitor project performance and troubleshoot bottlenecks.
- Strategic Oversight
- Collaborate with leadership to refine marketing strategies and ensure alignment with business goals.
- Provide insights into campaign performance and recommend optimizations.
- Maintain a high-level view of ongoing campaigns, ensuring strategic consistency across accounts.
- Client & Stakeholder Communication
- Serve as an escalation point for account-related challenges and client concerns.
- Work closely with clients to ensure deliverables meet expectations and drive results.
