Norwich Wealth Management is a boutique financial planning and private wealth management practice providing financial advisory, investment and fiduciary management services. We build customized investment portfolios that are aligned to each client’s financial objectives as part of a comprehensive wealth management plan. As the Client Associate, we will lean on you to provide exceptional customer service, support financial advisory functions, interact professionally with clients, and serve as administrative support to the Norwich Wealth Management team. You could join our team and immediately begin to make an impact!

Major Duties as the Client Associate:

  • Assist Financial Advisors in collection, creation, and distribution of client investment plans.
  • Compile and send client review meeting packets and referral meeting packets.
  • Assist in meeting scheduling, reminders, gather and input client’s outside financial data as needed.
  • Prepare, send, follow up and process forms and other operational functions as requested by FA(s), and/or clients.
  • Provide service to clients via phone, email, written correspondence including but not limited to incoming calls/emails, questions regarding statements, online enrollment assistance, general account activity etc.
  • Provide marketing assistance as needed including, coordinating with marketing vendor, website operations, client mail/email and client events.
  • Catalog and submit vendor invoices as requested.
  • Take client meeting notes as requested by FA(s).
  • May perform various administrative functions as needed.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Required Skills:

  • Exceptional attention to detail regarding paperwork and processing.
  • Strong ability to multitask; this is a fast-paced environment and the candidate will need to show they prioritize projects and client’s needs accordingly.
  • Excellent communication with team via conference/Zoom calls, instant messenger, phone, email etc.
  • Positive attitude, willingness to engage in various business projects and initiatives.
  • Assist and train team members as needed.
  • Strong computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and client service skills.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills; process oriented.
  • You have a sharp eye for opportunity and a quick mind that sees ways to uniquely solve problems all the while improving systems for the betterment of the team and client.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration in a related field or equivalent experience is desired.
  • Team player, eager to collaborate with others.
  • Strong computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and client service skills.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills; process orientated.
  • Experience with Envision, MoneyGuidePro, and/or other financial planning software is preferred.
  • Strong written and verbal communication and grammatical skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and in team settings. Flexibility and versatility, both in office and remote.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and professionally through both verbal and written skills.
  • Ability to navigate client concerns, report complaints as appropriate to FA(s) and compliance officer.
  • Ability to manage a variety of tasks and prioritize individual workload responsibilities.
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple projects and activities on a routine basis with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to learn additional software applications.
  • Ability to self-motivate and thrive in a complex and rapidly changing environment.
  • Ability to work with strict confidentiality requirements, as well as utilize good judgment in the preparation and distribution of confidential information.
  • Series 7 and 66 licensed is preferred but not required.

Work Environment:

  • Professional and deadline-oriented environment in an office setting.
  • Interaction with clients, prospects, FA(s), and other team members.
  • Potential for in office and remote work environments.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
