Key Responsibilities
- Consultative Sales: Guide clients through the entire purchase process—from initial inquiry and vehicle selection to the final delivery.
- Product Expertise: Maintain deep knowledge of current New Dodge, Ram, Chrysler, Jeep, and Nissan lineups, as well as features across various pre-owned makes.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain a robust client base through consistent follow-up, ensuring long-term loyalty and repeat business.
- Digital Proficiency: Utilize our CRM and digital tools to track leads, manage appointments, and communicate professionally with "Internet-first" shoppers.
- Test Drive Leadership: Conduct vehicle demonstrations that highlight safety features, technology, and performance.
