Norwescap is seeking a VITA Lead Scheduler responsible for the intricate planning, organization, and management of a wide array of tax preparation appointments and volunteers, within the Volunteer Income tax (VITA) program.
Essential Job Duties
May be required to go to VITA sites within a reasonable distance, as needed. This position requires up to 25% travel.

Norwescap is seeking a VITA Lead Scheduler responsible for the intricate planning, organization, and management of a wide array of tax preparation appointments and volunteers, within the Volunteer Income tax (VITA) program.
Essential Job Duties
- Completing appointment scheduling entries
- Provide daily updates to database and Excel sheets, and timely appointment confirmations.
- Coordinating and supervising the Scheduling Volunteer
- Provide guidance, training and support to team members to guarantee that all appointment scheduling entries, database updates, and confirmation processes are completed promptly and accurately.
- High School Diploma Preferred
- Experience working in face paced settings
- Administrative experience and excel knowledge preferred
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Problem solving ability
