VITA Lead Scheduler (Seasonal)

Seasonal | $17/hour | 30 hours per week

Norwescap is seeking a VITA Lead Scheduler responsible for the intricate planning, organization, and management of a wide array of tax preparation appointments and volunteers, within the Volunteer Income tax (VITA) program.

Essential Job Duties

• Completing appointment scheduling entries
• Provide daily updates to database and Excel sheets, and timely appointment confirmations.
• Coordinating and supervising the Scheduling Volunteer
• Provide guidance, training and support to team members to guarantee that all appointment scheduling entries, database updates, and confirmation processes are completed promptly and accurately.
  
  

Education And Experience

• High School Diploma Preferred
• Experience working in face paced settings
• Administrative experience and excel knowledge preferred

Travel

May be required to go to VITA sites within a reasonable distance, as needed. This position requires up to 25% travel.
