Norwescap is seeking a part time Front Desk Receptionist and Administrative Support Staff responsible for performing clerical tasks within our office setting to support daily operations of the organization. Duties include, but are not limited to, answering and transferring phone calls to employees, sorting mail, greeting visitors when they arrive for meetings with management, programs, and staff.

Essential Job Duties

  • Answer and transfer phone calls to employees and departments
  • Look up participants' file in the Case Record Management System to better route their calls
  • Adaptability to learn how to use different CRM systems as needed and take notes accordingly
  • Direct all visitors and participants to the correct person, office or department
  • Respond to general inquiries/questions in a polite and timely manner

Education And Experience

  • High school diploma, GED or combinator of equivalent education and experience required. Associate's degree Preferred
  • One year administrative/receptionist or computer related work required; 3 years' experience preferred
  • Experience with MS Office including Teams, Zoom and internet familiarity required
  • Familiarity with case record management software systems a plus

Position Type / Expected Hours

This is a part-time permanent position that will typically be 2 days a week, 8:30 to 4:30 pm. Flexible schedule is a plus
