Responsibilities And Duties
- Ensure the safety and well-being of children while on the bus
- Help children board bus and exit bus safely
- Ensure children are released only to those individuals authorized to receive them
- In the event of an emergency follow safety procedures and execute bus evacuation
- Implement active supervision while providing duties and ensure no child is left unattended on the bus
- Working toward high school diploma or GED required
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Experience working with young children required
- Experience working with at-risk population and/or Head Start experience preferred
