Responsibilities:
- Conduct warm and cold calls to prospective customers to generate new sales leads
- Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers
- Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services
- Provide excellent customer service and support throughout the sales process
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies
- Utilize CRM software to track and manage customer interactions
Experience:
- Previous experience in inside sales or outbound calling is preferred
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
