What are the responsibilities and job description for the Concierge position at Norwalk Luxury Rentals?
The Receptionist (Concierge) provides a positive first impression to all who enter the community. Answers and screens all incoming telephone calls in a courteous and professional manner, routes calls and takes messages, as appropriate. Receives and processes mail for community staff. Accept all outgoing mail/packages. Maintains and updates log of all emergency phone numbers. Completes new admission sign ins. Assists in sales process by performing tasks in support of special events and tours. Performs other general administration duties as necessary.
Requirements:
Available on flexible shifts including weekends and holidays.
- Possessing strong written and verbal communication skills
- Previous front desk experience
- Proficient with technology
- This job requires light work - exerting up to 20 pounds frequently with a regular need to lift or carry packages.
Education/Experience/Certification
- Must possess strong interpersonal skills and capable of relating to a variety of people and personalities
- Should enjoy working with people
- Personal initiative and sound judgment are also required
- Must have word processing and clerical skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
