What are the responsibilities and job description for the Registered Nurse (RN) Good Hours 8am-2:30pm position at Norwalk ADHC?
No experience required
Qualifications:
- RN License
- CPR/First AID
- Experience working in ADHC preferred but not a must
- Duties include but are not limited to:
- Conduct initial assessments/reassessments every six months
- Complete Quarterly reports, flow sheets (Monitor LVN/CNA documentation)
- Administer medications/Monitor self-administration of medications to participants
- Supervise LVN/CNA
- Conduct Staff/Participant In Service on nursing related topics
- Attend monthly MDT meetings
- Other duties as assigned by PD, or Administrator
Rate will depend on working experience/education

Pay: $40.00 - $42.00 per hour
