Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end eCommerce operations across Shopify and Amazon stores, driving overall revenue growth and profitability
- Develop and execute growth strategies across traffic, conversion, and retention (full-funnel ownership)
- Manage and optimize Amazon business including listing SEO, keyword ranking, PPC (Sponsored Ads), and conversion rate optimization
- Amazon reputation management & optimization
- Lead Shopify store operations including merchandising, landing page optimization, and user experience improvements
- Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads, email, influencer/KOL collaborations, etc.)
- Identify new growth opportunities through market research, competitor analysis, and customer behavior insights
- Collaborate cross-functionally with designers, developers, content teams, and external agencies to execute campaigns
- Manage product launches, promotional calendars, and pricing strategies to maximize sales performance
- Supervise and coach 3rd party customer care provider
- Coordinate with vendors and partners across different time zones to ensure efficient execution
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above
- 3 years of experience in eCommerce operations, digital marketing, or growth roles
- Proven hands-on experience with Shopify and Amazon (Seller/Vendor Central)
- Strong understanding of Amazon ecosystem: listing optimization, keyword ranking, PPC ads, and conversion optimization
- Solid experience in performance marketing (Meta Ads, Google Ads, etc.) with measurable results
- Proven track record of scaling online stores (traffic growth, ranking improvement, revenue increase)
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive actionable insights
- Excellent planning, execution, and time management skills in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with strong ownership and accountability
- Experience in DTC brands or high-growth consumer products is a plus
Preferred
- Experience in health, wellness, or supplement industry
- Familiarity with influencer marketing and content-driven growth strategies
Salary : $100,000 - $120,000
