Key Responsibilities
Omnichannel Strategy & Global Execution
- Develop and execute a comprehensive omnichannel sales strategy aligned with regional business objectives
- Ensure consistency in pricing architecture, promotions, assortment, and brand positioning across all channels and markets
- Partner with regional and international teams to adapt strategies to local market needs while maintaining global standards
- Own omnichannel sales targets, forecasts, and KPIs
- Drive topline growth and margin optimization through channel mix, pricing, and promotional effectiveness
- Analyze performance trends and consumer insights to inform strategic planning and execution
- Identify and launch new marketplace and distributor channels
- Manage relationships with strategic retail partners, distributors, and ecommerce platforms
- Lead commercial negotiations, joint business planning, and longterm partnership development
- Collaborate with global and regional teams to improve sellthrough and digital execution
- Work closely with Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, Demand Planning, and Operations teams at headquarters and across regions
- Align inventory, demand forecasting, and fulfillment strategies to support omnichannel availability
- Partner with marketing teams on product launches, campaigns, and omnichannel activations
- Oversee performance of owned ecommerce platforms and thirdparty marketplaces
- Optimize digital shelf presence, content standards, conversion rates, and consumer experience
- Monitor emerging ecommerce technologies, platforms, and omnichannel best practices
- Develop and maintain omnichannel reporting dashboards and executivelevel performance summaries
- Use data and insights to drive continuous improvement and strategic recommendations
- Present regular performance updates to senior leadership
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain, or a related field
- 35 years of progressive sales experience in consumer goods, preferably within a multinational organization
- Demonstrated experience managing omnichannel sales across retail and ecommerce environments
- Strong strategic, commercial, and analytical capabilities
- Proven ability to manage complex, multimarket sales environments
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with CRM, ERP, and sales analytics platforms
- Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced, onsite, headquarters environment
- Experience working with global retail partners and international distributors
- Background in DTC, distributor, and marketplace business models
- Familiarity with category management, trade marketing, and global pricing strategies
- This position is onsite at Huntington Beach, CA headquarters
- Occasional domestic and international travel may be required
- Authorization to work in the United States is required

Salary : $75,000 - $90,000
