Overview
We’re looking for a skilled and reliable Wood Finishing / Metal Painting Technician who can also support product assembly. In this role, you’ll help ensure our products meet high-quality standards by preparing, finishing, and painting wood and metal components, then assembling final units for shipment.

Duties
Wood Finishing & Metal Painting
- Sand, seal, and finish wood components to required specifications
Product Assembly
- Assemble product components using hand and power tools
- Follow assembly instructions, diagrams, and production schedules
- Perform quality inspections throughout the assembly process
- Package and prepare finished products for shipping
- Prepare, prime, and paint metal parts using spray equipment or other finishing tools
- Mix and match paints, stains, and coatings accurately
- Inspect finished pieces for quality and consistency
- Maintain a clean and safe finishing workspace
Experience
- Experience in wood finishing, metal painting, or a related trade (preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to read and follow technical instructions
- Knowledge of safety protocols, respirator fitting, and respiratory protection standards.
- Comfortable using hand and power tools
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently or as part of a team

Pay: $14.00 - $18.00 per hour
