Norton Rose Fulbright is seeking a lawyer to join its IP Disputes team in Dallas, TX. The ideal candidate will have three years of relevant experience, a strong background in patent litigation and should have a technical degree, with a preference for an Electrical Engineering degree.
Key Requirements:
- Admitted and in good standing with the Texas State Bar and USPTO.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in intellectual property disputes with a strong focus on patent litigation.
- Technical degree required, with a strong preference for Electrical Engineering; additional technical expertise in telecommunications, electronics, and Internet technologies is highly valued.
- Proven ability to manage significant cases, including strategy development and client communication.
- Verbal and written communication skills, including drafting briefs, motions, and other pleadings in accordance with court rules and deadlines.
- Experience providing legal opinions on infringement, validity, and enforceability of intellectual property.
Location: This position is in our Dallas, Texas office.
Position Information: This is open to either Associate or Counsel level candidates.
