Requirements:
- High School diploma or equivalency required.
- Prior experience with ACE (Automated Commercial Environment) processes and general shipping knowledge preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, along with professional telephone etiquette, required
- Must be service-oriented with a commitment to providing timely and accurate support
- Demonstrated history of exemplary work performance and reliable attendance
- Willingness to work outside regular business hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
