The Sr Talent & Workforce Specialist-PTNE plays a strategic and consultative role in advancing Norton Healthcare’s workforce development and talent acquisition efforts. This role bridges recruitment and career coaching by supporting workforce initiatives, managing full-cycle recruitment, and fostering partnerships with educational institutions and community organizations. The Sr Talent & Workforce Development Specialist-PTNE will deliver exceptional experience to candidates, students, and hiring leaders while aligning talent strategies with organizational goals.
This is a PRN (as needed) position. The individual will support specific projects on an as-needed basis, depending on departmental needs and priorities.
Qualifications
Required:
- Five years recruiting or talent coaching
- Bachelor Degree
Desired:
- Three years experience in healthcare recruiting, career coaching, or student program management
