We are a full-service creative agency based in Houston, TX, specializing in the hospitality industry. As a
multidisciplinary creative agency with decades of experience working with restaurant and hospitality
clients big and small, we’re experts at identifying white space for beloved food and beverage brands.
Rooted in strategy and guided by close collaboration with the brands we serve, we operate as an
extension of our clients’ marketing teams to develop savvy, growth-driving creative across all things
branding, identity, campaign, menu, website, social media, and beyond.
THIS ROLE
The Sr. Social Media Manager is responsible for content creation, analytics reporting, and leading social
media strategy for our external and internal clients. This role will work cross-functionally throughout the
organization to prioritize brand messaging as it pertains to social media. This person will work directly with
the Executive Director of Strategy & Media, Copywriters and Design Team to successfully execute our
client’s social media accounts and content.
EXPECTATIONS
- Lead organic social media on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and X, with ability to manage content on TikTok and other platforms
- Capture still and video content as well as editing for short-form content, preferably with a DSLR camera and phone as needed
- Create and manage content calendars for our social clients
- Build analytics reports and provide recommendations for growth and campaign optimization
- Lead brainstorming meetings with stakeholders to drive industry-leading content
- Provide thought leadership in current trends and best practices in social media
- Assist with new client research and social media scope recommendations
- Building audiences and manage paid social & budgets to promote posts and Ads on Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok
- Community management monitoring and engagement daily for multiple accounts, both natively and utilizing platforms including Sprout, MomentFeed, Brand Amplifier
QUALIFICATIONS
- 4-6 years of experience in social media content creation and management, preferably agency
- Excellent photography eye and expert level use of DSLR as well as phone photography
- Videography and editing capabilities for reels and stories
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environment with strong organizational/time-management skills
- Working knowledge of SEO, SEM, Google AdWords, App Store Optimization, PPC and Digital Ad Buying, or related experience within the digital space
- Experience in the Restaurant or Food Service Industry a plus
