We are working with a client to identify an experienced Clinical Recruiter for a 100% onsite opportunity in San Francisco, CA. This position offers $50.00 per hour and is ideal for a proactive recruiter who is passionate about supporting a mission-driven organization dedicated to improving the lives of animals.
While experience recruiting in healthcare or clinical settings is preferred, we are open to candidates from other industries who have strong full-cycle recruiting experience and are excited about contributing to a mission-based organization.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for clinical positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Source qualified candidates through job boards, social media, networking, referrals, and other recruiting channels.
- Conduct phone screens and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Maintain candidate pipelines and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Track recruitment activity and maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable employment laws throughout the recruitment process.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of full-cycle recruiting experience; clinical or healthcare recruiting experience is preferred but not required.
- Experience recruiting for positions such as Registered Nurses (RNs), Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVNs), Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs), allied health professionals, or other clinical roles is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques, interviewing, and recruitment best practices.
- Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting platforms such as Indeed and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- A genuine interest in supporting a mission-driven organization focused on animal health and welfare.
