Responsibilities
- Manage front desk operations, greeting visitors and directing them appropriately with professional phone etiquette.
- Perform data entry tasks using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and Canva.
- Organize and file documents systematically, ensuring easy retrieval and compliance with company policies.
- Handle clerical duties such as proofreading correspondence, preparing reports, and managing incoming/outgoing mail.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and oversee general office upkeep to ensure a welcoming environment.
- Assist in event coordination, programming, marketing, and toy store operations.
Skills
- Ability to work with children and families of all ages, providing patience and compassion.
- Proven experience in office administration or clerical roles with strong organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Workspace, Canva, and computer literacy.
- Excellent phone etiquette with experience managing multi-line phone systems.
- Strong typing skills along with attention to detail for proofreading documents accurately.
