Cannabis Production Associate

We are seeking a reliable and dedicated Cannabis Production Associate to join our team in Traverse City, MI. As a Cannabis Production Associate, you will play a crucial role in preparing harvested cannabis plants for further processing, ensuring the highest quality standards are met. Job Duties & Responsibilities
- Assist with the harvesting of cannabis plants, working closely with the cultivation team
- Buck and trim harvested plants according to established guidelines and quality standards
- Collaborate with the processing team to ensure timely and efficient workflow
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace and facility, ensuring compliance with company safety and sanitation standards
- Inspect plant material for quality

Requirements
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail
- High school diploma or GED required
- Must be 21 years of age or older at the time of applying
- Must be willing to undergo a background check
- Must have a valid state ID
- Must have reliable transportation or be willing to relocate before starting work
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to perform repetitive motions with hands
- Communicate effectively with team members and management to ensure consistent quality
