Responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface sanitation to uphold cleanliness standards.
• Implement cleaning and sanitation procedures using appropriate detergents and equipment to ensure hygienic environments.
• Maintain floor care by sweeping, scrubbing, polishing, and using carpet cleaning techniques as needed to preserve flooring quality.
• Ensure all surfaces— bathroom fixtures, furniture—are cleaned thoroughly and disinfected regularly.
• Communicate professionally with residents to understand their specific needs and provide excellent customer service while maintaining discretion.
• Adhere strictly to health and safety standards related to cleaning procedures and equipment use.

Experience

• Prior experience in residential cleaning, not required, will train for the right person.
• Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently across multiple properties or areas.
• Physical capability for heavy lifting, manual handling of cleaning supplies.
• Excellent client communication skills with a focus on delivering outstanding customer service in residential settings.
