Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Hotel Front Desk Clerk, 7 am to 3 pm. 40 hrs pay period every two weeks. Where you will be the welcoming face and first point of contact for our guests. Duties
- Greet guests warmly and assist with check-in and check-out procedures using property management systems
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with professionalism and a positive attitude
- Manage reservations efficiently through hospitality reservation systems, ensuring accuracy and completeness
- Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services to enhance guest experience
- Operate multi-line phone systems, answer incoming calls promptly, and communicate clearly using proper phone etiquette
- Support guest relations by resolving issues swiftly through customer service problem-solving skills
- Follow hotel emergency procedures to ensure guest safety during incidents or emergencies
- Some Laundry duites
Requirements
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle diverse guest needs confidently
