Responsibilities
- Collecting, analyzing, and interpreting player performance data using GPS tracking technology.
- This includes metrics such as total distance covered, sprint distance, top speed, number of high-intensity efforts, and overall workload.
- Evaluate technical and positional data to assess player performance during training sessions and matches. This information will be used to support data-driven decision-making related to player development, training adjustments, and overall team performance.
- Conduct opponent analysis by reviewing match footage and performance data to identify patterns, strategies, and key tendencies of opposing teams. This analysis will support tactical planning and improve competitive performance.
- Coaching duties to include:
- Scheduling
- Budgeting
- Recruiting
- Player Development
