Golf Course Maintenance

As a Golf Course Maintenance Crew Member, you’ll play a vital role in maintaining the overall appearance and playability of our golf course. Your daily tasks will include:

• Mowing greens, tee boxes, fairways, and roughs using riding and walk-behind mowers.
• Raking and maintaining bunkers, trimming around trees, signs, and landscape features.
• Operating utility tractors and attachments for various groundskeeping tasks.
• Watering greens, changing hole locations, and assisting with irrigation repairs.
• Removing debris and trash, cleaning up leaves, and maintaining clubhouse lawns and ornamental beds.
• Servicing ball washers and replenishing water stations throughout the course.
• Assisting with tree work and storm cleanup when needed.

You’ll also operate a variety of equipment, including triplex mowers, fairway mowers, zero-turn mowers, string trimmers, blowers, chainsaws, and utility tractors.

We’re seeking candidates who: - Are comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions. - Can perform physical tasks such as standing, walking, bending, squatting, pushing, pulling, and lifting up to 50 pounds independently (and up to 80 pounds with assistance). - Have a strong focus on safety and the ability to follow instructions. - Are committed to maintaining high-quality course conditions.

While previous experience in landscaping, grounds keeping, golf course maintenance, or equipment operation is preferred, it’s not required. We’re happy to work with individuals who are eager to learn and contribute to our team.
