Position Summary
The Clubhouse & Golf Operations Manager will oversee the daily clubhouse and golf operations while working closely with the Director of Golf Operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for member service, staff supervision, tournament coordination, operational efficiency, and overall clubhouse performance.
Primary Responsibilities
- Manage daily clubhouse and golf operations
- Supervise clubhouse staff and scheduling
- Ensure exceptional member and guest experiences
- Oversee pro shop operations and merchandising
- Coordinate tournaments, outings, and special events
- Monitor inventory levels and purchasing
- Assist with budgeting and operational planning
- Maintain organized operational systems and procedures
- Prepare monthly operational reports for ownership
- Work closely with the Director of Golf Operations and ownership team to improve club operations
