Responsibilities
- Manage daily accounting operations
- Maintaining accounts receivable and accounts payable accounting records on a daily basis
- Assist in the annual budget process
- Assist in preparing year end review
- Prepare Non-Member income breakdown
- Prepare monthly inventory spreadsheet
- Assist in payroll administration tasks
- Reconcile accounts monthly
- Responsible for closing out daily sales on the following day
Qualifications
- Minimum Required: Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- High attention to detail and leadership skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective time management and ability to meet deadlines
