Responsibilities
- Field telephone calls
- Greeting members, handling front desk inquiries, and managing member correspondence
- Updating databases, managing files, ordering supplies, and handling mail.
- Maintain an organized filing system
- Enter data into reports as needed
- Acting as a liaison between members and club staff/management.
- Create email and postal mail campaigns
Qualifications
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Strong multitasking and time-management skills to handle diverse tasks.
- Ability to organize and create orderly systems
- Experienced in computer technology that includes excel, PowerPoint, and social media marketing
