Northwind Heating and Air is seeking motivated and outgoing individuals to work inside major home improvement retail stores generating heating and cooling leads. In this role, you will engage with customers, introduce our heating and cooling services, and schedule in-home consultations for homeowners interested in heating and cooling solutions.
Responsibilities
Engage with customers and introduce Northwind Heating and Air services. Generate leads and schedule in-home consultations. Answer basic questions about heating and cooling services. Maintain a professional and friendly presence on the sales floor.
Qualifications
Positive and outgoing personality with strong communication and interpersonal skills. Comfortable approaching and speaking with customers. Self-motivated and goal oriented. Sales or customer service experience is preferred.

Northwind Heating and Air is currently looking for PART TIME Retail Sales associate to generate HVAC sales leads at our select locations.
We are hiring for the following locations:
Tulare County
Kings County
Fresno County
Required Credentials:
A sales-driven, goal-oriented, self-motivated personality and a positive attitude.
Excellent written and verbal communication/interpersonal skills.
Additional Pay
Performance bonuses and lead generation incentives are available.
Ability to walk the floor during working hours to increase customer interaction
Willingness/ability to engage with customers within an in-store setting.
Some sales experience.
Schedule
Part-time with flexible scheduling.
Willingness/ability to work morning, afternoon, early evenings, weekends and some holidays.
Work Location
In-person at retail store locations and major events such as home shows and promotional events.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $16.90 - $22.00 per hour
