Cultivate an environment that champions product understanding and strategy.Goals: Establish clear product objectives and key results, aligning engineering, design, finance, marketing, service, and sales towards measurable goals.Requirements: Identify market needs for both existing and future products through thorough research.Data-Driven Decisions: Utilize data and market research to prioritize initiatives, develop complex business cases, and implement effective product strategies for internal and external customers.Roadmap: Provide high-level direction for product epics and features, ensuring seamless integration with cross-functional team efforts.Partnerships: Strengthen relationships with key enterprise functions by identifying shared outcomes and managing stakeholder communications.Leadership: Foster an engaging environment that encourages accountability and personal development, breaking down barriers to empower teams.Conflict Resolution: Transform challenges and conflicts into opportunities for growth and collaboration.Team Architecture: Identify and recruit the right talent to build high-performing teams, ensuring alignment with business goals.Communication: Collaborate effectively with business partners and executives across engineering, marketing, design, and sales to streamline product activities.Skills You HaveBachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a technical, business, or financial field.15 years of experience as a product manager on technology-driven product teams.Proficient in modern product discovery and delivery techniques.Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, capable of engaging in both high-level business and deep technical discussions.Certification or coursework in agile methodologies (e.g., Scaled Agile, Pragmatic Marketing).5 years of formal people management experience leading product managers.Ability to thrive in a matrix organization.Additional Skills We’d LoveA Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) is a plus.Compensation RangePay Range:Start: $149,380.00End: $277,420.00We believe in fairness and transparency.
