Role Description:
We are looking for a Sales Execution & Financial Planning Associate to support our team of Financial Representatives and deliver financial security to their clients through a comprehensive planning process that integrates risk and investment products. This role encourages The Agency's growth by providing planning and integrated operations support. This individual will act as a liaison between the Home Office, Financial Representative and Clients
SUPPORT:
- Establish and Cultivate Trusting Relationships with New and Existing Clients Serve as Main Point of Contact for Scheduling & Client Service Needs
- Assisting with New Business Insurance & Investment Applications, and Follow-Through While Maintaining Relationships with Clients, Financial Representatives and Home Office on Requirements & Information Needed
Manage underwriting process which includes providing, or collaborating with others to provide:
- Pre-filling applications
- Pre-checking applications for completeness and accuracy
- Submitting applications
- Scheduling requirements and medical exams
- Monitoring of the Daily Status Report (DSR) and taking action on cases needing attention
- Creating & Maintaining Compliant Client Files
PROPOSAL & CASE PREPARATION:
- Preparing & Modifying Financial Plans & Illustrations in Accordance to The Agency's Planning Philosophy
- Assist Financial Representatives in the Development & Delivery of Financial & Wealth Management Strategies that Address Each Client's Specific Needs & Goals
- Thoroughly Understand & Utilize The Company's Financial Planning Tools
OFFICE SUPPORT:
- Manage & Track Financial Representative Production through The Company's Reporting Tools
- Provide Backup Support to Receptionist Including Managing Incoming Calls & Mail, Welcoming Guests, and Helping with ad hoc Administrative Requests from Leadership Team & Financial Representatives
DESIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
- 2-5 years experience in insurance/New Business/Underwriting Support
- Life and Health Licensed (Preferred)
- Strong Attention to Detail, Accuracy and Reliability with the Ability to Thrive in a Fast-paced Environment
- Extreme Organizational Abilities
- Ability to Prioritize Various Daily Demands
- Solid Problem-Solving Skills
