This full-time position is based out of a local network office, offering in-person work schedule with a compensation package that includes a competitive base salary plus performance-based selection bonuses. As a Recruiter, your daily responsibilities will center on high-volume talent sourcing and candidate engagement. You will actively find prospects through LinkedIn, indeed, and utilize your network to identify leads, and then review resumes to conduct initial phone screenings. Moving candidates through Northwestern Mutual’s comprehensive mutual-selection interview process requires you to masterfully promote the firm’s culture, unique commission and bonus structures, and long-term career paths. Success in this role demands close collaboration with Managing Directors to align your hiring pipeline with office growth goals, all while using an internal CRM system to maintain accurate candidate data.To qualify for this position, you should hold a Bachelor’s degree or have equivalent professional experience, backed by at least one to three years of experience in recruiting, sales, or financial services. This role requires exceptional communication, active listening, and relationship-building abilities to connect with prospective agents. You must be high-energy, self-motivated, resilient, and highly organized to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
