Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Receptionist and advisor support role based in Salem, OR. The Receptionist will serve as the first point of contact for clients and visitors, manage incoming calls with professionalism, and perform general clerical duties. Responsibilities include scheduling appointments, maintaining a tidy reception area, coordinating mail and packages, and providing advisor and customer support. The role requires efficiency, organization, and excellent interpersonal skills to create a welcoming and professional environment.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in phone etiquette and handling receptionist duties
- Clerical skills, including scheduling, record-keeping, and attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in providing outstanding customer service
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other office software
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Prior experience as a receptionist or in a related administrative role is a plus
