We’re hiring for a Front Desk Lead position, which, while it may sound straightforward, is designed to be a stepping stone into operations, marketing, and leadership roles within our firm.
This is a full-time role in our Westport CT office. The Front Desk Lead will oversee receptionist duties, maintains office facilities, and assists with administrative work as needed.
Key responsibilities include:
Visitors & Communications:
- Greet and direct visitors, coordinate security access, and work with building management
- Answer, screen, and direct calls and voicemails from the general inbox.
- Maintain the office directory and process mail.
- Run and distribute daily and monthly reports.
Facilities:
- Maintain and stock the reception, conference rooms, mail/copy room, and kitchen.
- Manage inventory and order office supplies.
- Coordinate with service providers for office maintenance.
Policy Post Approval Processing:
- Log and distribute issued policies from Home Office.
Administrative Assistance:
- Provide help with administrative tasks as needed.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Effective interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in computer and Microsoft Office skills.
- Ability to manage and coordinate multiple tasks efficiently.
- Strong organizational skills.
