This is a full-time on-site role for a Financial Advisor based in Nashville, TN. The Financial Advisor will work closely with clients to analyze their financial goals, develop customized financial plans, and provide ongoing financial advice. Key responsibilities include retirement planning, investment portfolio management, and guiding clients through financial decisions that align with their long-term objectives. Advisors will also stay informed on industry changes and maintain compliance in delivering quality advice and services.
- Proficiency in Financial Planning and Financial Advisory to assess and design strategies tailored to client objectives.
- In-depth knowledge of Investments and Finance to provide guidance on portfolio management, market trends, and wealth-building opportunities.
- Experience with Retirement Planning to assist clients in preparing for financial security post-retirement.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build trust, explain complex financial concepts, and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and drive client success.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
- Relevant certifications such as CFP® (Certified Financial Planner) or CFA® (Chartered Financial Analyst) are an advantage.
- Prior experience in financial advisory or wealth management is a plus.
