Compensation

Clients are with you on average for 42 years and will buy from you 20 times.

There are 16 residual income streams you build being a business owner, with most of them being residual and recurring. Your insurance and investment book of business are 7-figure assets in retirement, and you will also have 2 pensions – fully funded by the company.

Our firm provides an additional $41,000 bonus structure as an investment into the advisors in their first year – on top of the enhanced commission.

Year 1: $75,000 – $200,000

Year 3: $274,000-$427,000

Year 5: $424,000-$750,000
